Ice Cream Bread?

You read right. My wife found a recipe at my parents' house for ice cream bread. The ingredients? A pint of your favorite ice cream and flour. That's it. We tried Black walnut (is there a white walnut?) last night and it was good. Not great, but good. I think we agreed that Cherry Garcia should be attempted at some point, and maybe chunky monkey. Butter pecan would be good too. What do you think?
